If you can not find the answer and you are experiencing difficulties with my dolls, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible! (Simply saying "I can't view the doll. What's wrong?" won't help me help you!)
Make sure you include the following details:
- Which viewer are you using?
- Which doll are you having the problems with? If SailorX, which version?
- What exactly are you doing when the problem occurs?
- What exactly happens as a result?
